1. Use of our digital products
Krunch provides digital products to supplement students’ learning. We are not a replacement for formal education.
Our products are best used alongside school materials. Students should rely on school teachers as their primary source of instruction. This is because apart from the GCE O Levels, schools have the flexibility of deciding the breadth of depth of topics they would like to test internally.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary tech stack to access our digital products.
3. Intellectual property
All content, including videos, questions, mark schemes and learning materials, is the property of Krunch. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share content outside of personal education use without written authorisation.
4. Limitation of liability
Krunch does not guarantee specific grades. Users assume full responsibility for how they use our products alongside school materials to achieve academic success.
5. Updates to terms
Krunch reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing law
These legal terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
7. User data
Krunch collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our products, users consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
