Who are the mocks suitable for?
Our mocks are pitched at the G3 level. If you are a G2 or IP student, you may attempt the mock but must note that the format and topics tested in the mocks may differ from your school or academic stream.
The mock exam format doesn’t align with my school’s exam format. Can I request a customised mock?

Can I request a refund?

When/How will I receive the materials?
All our materials will sent to you via email within 1 business day of your purchase. Kindly ensure that you’ve provided the correct email address during registration. Check your spam or promotions folder in case our email does not land in your inbox.
How do I submit my answers to the mocks or ask for homework help? / How long would it take to receive a response?
Simply reply the welcome email that we sent you! We will grade your mocks and respond to your questions within 5 business days of submission.
When is the last day to submit my answers?
We do not enforce a submission deadline because different schools have different exam dates. However, do note that we may take up to 5 business days to grade your work, so kindly budget your time appropriately.
